Appointments & Pricing

  1. Our price list is a guide only and is subject to change without notice. An exact quote will not be given via phone, online booking, email, or social media. We offer a complimentary in-salon consultation that needs to be booked, following this you can be given an accurate quote for your service if required.
  2. Not all services are available with every stylist. Our price guide varies depending on the stylist's experience and the length, thickness, & condition of the client's hair.
  3. Online bookings will be confirmed by Blonde and any changes to your booking request will be notified by phone. Please ensure all contact details are accurate so we can contact you if required

    Cancellation Policy

    1. All online bookings and new clients require a non-refundable deposit that is redeemed upon check out after service.
    2. If for any unforeseen circumstances you need to re-schedule your appointment adjustments must be made within the 48hrs, you will maintain your deposit for your next visit.
    3. You must call Blonde to arrange all cancellations and rescheduled appointments.
    4. We reserve the right to implement a compulsory $100 deposit for any client who has on more than one occasion been a ‘no-show’ or missed their appointment without the required notice.
    5. If you are running more than 15mins late for your appointment we may need to alter the booking based on the remaining time allocated to your service (e.g. full head foils may need to change to a half head) This allows the efficiency of the stylist's schedule for the day.

      Guarantee

      1. In the unlikely event, you are unhappy with your hair or our service after visiting Blonde, we offer to assess and make adjustments for a one-week period following your original appointment date. Any follow-up appointment will be provided by the original stylist.

       

      Gift Vouchers & Payments

      1. For in-salon purchases & service payments, we accept VISA, Mastercard, EFTPOS, AfterPay, ZipPay & Cash.
      2. For online purchases, we accept all major Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
      3. Prices are inclusive of GST.
      4. Gift vouchers Expire 36 months after the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.
