All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. We offer $14.95 flat rate shipping for all orders and free shipping for orders over $150.

Click & Collect

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Henley Beach salon. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect along with instructions. 

In some cases, where stock is available, we will be able to have your order prepared the same business day. We will contact you directly to confirm this.

Collection is available within business hours Tuesday – Friday only. Collection is not available on weekends. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Orders containing aerosol product/s cannot be sent to a PO Box address. These orders will be shipped via couriers who are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. 

Orders that do not contain aerosol product/s may be shipped to a PO Box address via Australia Post.

Order Updates

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the courier and quote your tracking number. We are unable to track orders on your behalf.
