Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Blonde will only accept a return, exchange, or refund if your product is in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and returned in the original packaging. You will need your proof of purchase.

A refund or exchange will not be given for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. Blonde will refund the purchase price of the product/s minus any shipping costs.

To start a return, please can email us at blonde@blondeadelaide.com.au, stating your full name, order number, items you wish to return and your reason for return

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or faulty products. We recommend using a tracked service when returning a product/s to ensure it is returned to Blonde safely. Once your product has been returned to Blonde we will notify you via email to discuss your options to receive an exchange or refund.

Damages and issues

Firstly, we are very sorry for any inconvenience. Please inspect your order upon receiving them. Please send images of the damaged product/s to blonde@blondeadelaide.com.au along with your order number and name and we will assist you in replacing your product/s.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
