Tessa brings more than 16 years of experience across all aspects of hairdressing and has built an incredible reputation for creating beautiful, personalised results. She spent five years as a freelance colour expert and educator, while also working as a Top Stylist in a boutique salon overseas.

Tessa specialises in creating long, healthy, lived-in hair and is passionate about helping clients achieve their dream hair goals. From seamless colour transformations and colour corrections to scalp bleaches and beautiful weft extension installations, she has the expertise to create a result tailored to you. She also loves free-hand cutting curly hair to enhance and sculpt its natural shape.

Having now called Adelaide home for almost two years, Tessa loves exploring South Australia and is always keen to hear recommendations for hidden gems, great restaurants and fun local adventures. With her warm nature, confidence and wealth of knowledge, you'll feel completely looked after from the moment you sit in her chair.

Alyce brings more than 16 years of experience to the Blonde team and is a true all-rounder. She is very skilled across all cutting techniques, and she has a particular passion for creating beautiful, bespoke blondes in every shade from soft, natural hues to bright, statement blondes.

Known for her positive energy, Alyce builds meaningful connections with her clients, making everyone who sits in her chair feel comfortable, heard and confident in her expertise.

Passionate about continuous growth, Alyce loves a challenge and is always refining her craft and expanding her skill set. Most recently, she has added hair extensions to her repertoire, allowing her to create even more beautiful transformations. She also loves mentoring and encouraging emerging stylists, helping them build confidence and thrive within the salon.

Outside of Blonde, you’ll find Alyce spending time with her adorable miniature dachshund, Willow, escaping into nature, reading a good book, listening to country music, travelling, and embracing a balanced lifestyle.

Sian’s first love is hair - specialising in colour and foil transformations. She also loves creating gorgeous updos and styles for all occasions. She is passionate about hair health, making her clients feel special and confident whilst in her chair.

Sian also has a Diploma and is a qualified makeup artist specialising in Dewy Event glamour. She has spent many hours providing makeup services for Melbourne Fashion Week, photoshoots and bridal parties.

Sian’s professional approach and a super keen eye for detail makes her a true perfectionist in her work as a stylist and makeup artist.

Elly was inspired by a young age by her mum and aunt, both former hairdressers. This sparked her interest in the craft. She began her own hairdressing journey over 4 years ago, completing her apprenticeship early in 2025 and stepping fully into salon life.

Elly is passionate about all things colour, especially balayages and blondes and loves the creative process of styling and making people feel truly beautiful.

A highlight of Elly’s journey so far is winning the Intercoiffure G.O.A.T. Open Transformation Instagram Competition two years in a row.

She’s excited to keep growing as a stylist, connecting with her clients and bringing their hair goals to life at Blonde.

Our bubbly Senior Stylist Tia is always up for a chat, makes a great coffee and has built a loyal clientele thanks to her warm nature and incredible hairdressing skills.

After moving to Adelaide from country Victoria to pursue her passion for hairdressing, Tia has gone from strength to strength and is now a fully qualified stylist. She creates beautiful colour work, seamless foils, stunning cuts and signature blow-dries that her clients love.

Tia has always been passionate about sport and still has that competitive streak, but it's her kind nature and genuine country charm that make time in her chair such a lovely experience. We know she'll leave you smiling long after your appointment is over.

Alicia is now in her second year of her apprenticeship at Blonde and is loving every minute of her journey in the hair industry. Her passion for hair and beauty shines through in everything she does, and she is always eager to continue learning and developing her skills.

Alicia has recently started foiling on models and is doing an incredible job. She is continuing to build her confidence and expertise in colouring, toning, blow-dries and styling, while delivering one of the best head massages in the salon.
